Shipping Time

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lolli & Lace is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
